It is an English weekly newspaper that report, comment, cover on Nepali politics, business, culture, travel and society.The weekly is aimed at the expatriate, diplomatic and business communities in Kathmandu, and through the internet for the Nepali diaspora.

Subscriptions to the entire issue of the newspaper (news, ads, obituaries, society and tenders) can be secured against a JD35 annual subscription if inside the Kingdom and for US$50 abroad.
